2025 Impact Report

In 2025, AHC continued to move our mission forward by investing in our residents and in homes that build strong, thriving foundations.

This report showcases that work in action: serving people first.

AHC primarily serves families earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), the midpoint of all incomes in a given area. For example, in Arlington the median income for a family of four was $163,900 in 2025. This means a family of four can qualify for affordable apartment that is income-limited at 50% AMI if they earn a household income not more than $81,950 (50% of AMI in Arlington), while a single person can earn up to $57,400 and still qualify.

From afterschool programs to senior wellness, AHC’s Resident Resources support every stage of life. Explore how our onsite education, wellness, and economic mobility programs help residents grow, connect, and thrive — right where they live.
